Hotrod was my favorite as a kid watching the '86 movie. He was the perfect combination of a sleek, wedge-profile, voluptuous Corvette Stingray-style fenders, impossibly wide with fat rear tires, a protruding supercharger, big wing and an obnoxious flame paint job. He won me over with that car mode, and I never held it againt him for letting Prime die!
I've heard that this original design was based of the Dome Zero concept, but I honestly see much Stratos Zero in his design.
